Why this exists

Your thoughts deserve to be found again

We are living in the age of ideas. It has never been easier to take something you thought of and bring it into the world — a business, a project, a piece of work. The distance between an idea and something real is shorter now than it has ever been.

Most ideas die in notebooks. You write something important on a Tuesday, then it disappears into a stack of pages you never open again. EveryRaven exists to change that.

This is not a productivity tool. It is not a task manager or a second brain in the Silicon Valley sense. It is something quieter — a place where your actual thinking lives, searchable and intact, ready to surface when you need it.

I built this for people who already write. People who fill notebooks and record voice memos and know that somewhere in all of that, there are ideas worth returning to.

The name

Where EveryRaven comes from

In Norse mythology, Odin kept two ravens — Huginn and Muninn, Thought and Memory. Each morning they flew out across the world, gathering knowledge, and returned to him at dusk to whisper everything they had seen. Odin was the wisest of the gods, and the ravens were how he stayed that way.

That is the idea behind EveryRaven. You are Odin. Everything you have written, recorded, and captured — your thoughts, your observations, your ideas — those are your ravens. They go out into the world with you, and when you need them, they come back.

Search for something you half-remember thinking six months ago and it is there. The insight you had on a walk, the idea you scribbled at midnight, the quote that stopped you — all of it waiting, ready to be useful again. Your own wisdom, returned to you when the moment is right.
